Adjusting LCD Display Brightness – Yellow Panel Manual Testers
If your tester’s LCD display is blank or very dim, try this simple solution to adjust the brightness.
1. Remove the front panel – instructions can be found here.
2. Power on the panel and locate the LCD display brightness / dimmer control.
3. Turn clockwise to increase the LCD display’s brightness.
This procedure was developed using a TST, but can be applied to many DHT series testers or any other LSI-manufactured device that uses a black, 4″ x 4″ membrane-style faceplate.
