Extended Service & Calibration Warranty

Warranty Overview

LSI’s Extended Service & Calibration Warranty helps reduce system downtime through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, software updates, and expert technical support—all at a predictable cost. The program is available on select new Manual Testers, Motorized Testers, Torsion Spring Testers, and Torque Wrench Calibration Systems under a fixed-price plan.

LSI warrants to the original purchaser that covered products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for either three (3) years or five (5) years from the date of delivery, depending on the selected plan.

If a covered product is found to be defective, LSI may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, or replace it. This remedy is the buyer’s exclusive remedy under the warranty. The warranty will be void if the product has been altered or modified, misused or abused, exposed to corrosive conditions, or used for a purpose other than its intended application.

This warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties.

What Is Included

During the three-year or five-year plan period, LSI will troubleshoot, repair, or replace failed equipment or components covered by the warranty.

Eligibility

LSI’s Extended Service & Calibration Warranty is currently available only for eligible new testers listed in the system availability section and purchased on or after June 1, 2026.

What is NOT Included

This warranty does not cover defects or failures caused by improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, faulty installation, misapplication, misuse, accident, excessive abrasion, corrosion, disassembly, or repairs performed by anyone other than LSI.

It is the responsibility of the customer to get their tester to the Larson Systems Inc facility. Use the crate the tester came in or get a new one from us for a nominal fee. Sending your tester to us gives our technicians full access to our service and calibration resources, allowing us to quickly get your tester back to duty in its optimal, fully calibrated and working state.
