LSI’s Valve Spring Testing System is a fast, accurate, low cost solution for valve spring testing and sorting. The Valve Spring Tester (or any other LSI tester), SSS software, and Microsoft Excel combine forces to generate an easy-to-read report, certifying the uniformity of your valve spring set. The report incorporates an easy to understand Pass / Fail indication and Force vs. Length graphs for spring to spring comparison. Test data can be stored on a computer for easy retrieval and archiving. The report is stored as an Excel template for easy retrieval and customization.
