This tester can be an inexpensive hand-loaded or bowl fed presetter, or fatigue cycler. Pneumatically powered for minimum operator fatigue. Preset or cycle parts up to 500 lb.
Hand loaded or bowl fed preset rates can be up to 3,000 parts per hour.
As a fatigue cycler, the Automatic Presetter can be set to cycle at rates of up to 3,000 / hour. It can be programmed to shut off at a predetermined number of cycles.
Power requirements: 120 or 240 VAC, 50or 60 Hz. 80-120 PSI air pressure.
